Sending a DMCA notice

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice through the contact form with the subject line “DMCA notice”. Under 17 U.S.C. section 512(c)(3), the notice should include:

your physical or electronic signature;
identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
the URL of the material on this site you want removed;
your name, email address and phone number;
a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We review each notice and remove or disable material when the notice is valid. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter notice through the same form with the details listed in 17 U.S.C. section 512(g)(3).

We do not publish a street address.
